KEYA Academy is excited to welcome back our students and teachers for the 2020-2021 school year. To adapt to current COVID-19 epidemic we will be offering the safest possible environment for our students and teachers. Class sizes will be limited to 15 people per class, including teachers, to allow for proper distancing. We are also excited to offer, for the first time, online curriculum. Offering the choice between online or our traditional onsite classes allows us to provide parents and students the most choice for deciding how to continue their education during this extraordinary situation.

We know that a lot of our families are struggling financially due to the pandemic and it's effect on our economy and in turn many of our pockets! Our commitment to our students, their families and our community is our number one goal during any trying times. With this in mind we have decided to waive our Material Fee for this school year. New and returning students can now register without the fee of their yearly "Instructional Material" fee due at enrollment.

Program contracts are required for monthly tuition enrollment. Program enrollment forms submitted at entry on-line are an acknowledgement of financial responsibility and knowledge of contractional obligations of tuitions due and steps required for unenrollment if applicable. Which include the following below:

30 day written and signed notice of withdrawal is REQUIRED to be given to Admin in person for their signature to confirm students withdrawal.

Students Absences, Tardiness, unwillingness to participate and or unannounced withdrawal DOES NOT void your tuition responsibilities.

Tuition Paid is Non-Refundable.

Tuition Paid through scholarship is subject to a refund directly to appropriate persons when applicable within 60 days, but does not void your personal liability for any unpaid fees accrued while enrolled. (i.e. Registration fees, Material fees, Assessments, etc.)

Extracurricular activities, such as parties, field trips and special events are NOT covered/included in tuition and may include additional fee's to participate.
